Scheelite from this locality isn't very common, and especially not with such clarity and defined shape! This piece was part of an old collection, passed through multiple hands, finally ending up tucked away in an unassuming corner of a table in Singapore, where we immediately picked it up and shipped it off for cleaning and restorations. Minor work was done to restore the tip and right corner of the crystal, on top of basic cleaning work, by MCP. The photograph was taken on a black reflective base, against a black background, resulting in a richer orange hue than it would otherwise be. In person, I would consider it to be a lighter hue of orange, between yellow and orange.
