This stunning, classic textbook example of a crystallized diamond will make an impact in any collection of its volume and size. An adamantine luster shows off every ridge and face. This diamond exhibits an off-white, almost pearl-like color to it. Even though the diamond has inclusions, it is still overall very translucent to transparent (i.e. "gemmy"), especially for a crystal of this size and perfection. Purchased from our old source in the New York City sightholder scene, who used to deal with Russian stones in the old days. This is an older piece which was long held back. 15.68 ct, 15.80 x 15.33 x 14.61 mm.
