Sphalerite
A very choice grouping of yellow green non-lustrous translucent sphalerite crystals without matrix. This is in good condition with very little micro-damage present. Really fine for this Irish locality, this was collected in the 1970s. This shows a lot of translucency when backlit. Previous label from Richard Barstow, he was responsible for bringing out most of the good specimens from this mining district at the time.
