This GEM cerussite comes from major finds of the 1960s-1970s, and is a classic style of the mine — and for the world of all minerals, for that matter. The piece is exquisitely reticulated, and is complete all around. The upright vertical crystal stands just over 3 cm tall, thought it looks taller in how it presents. This is a superb example for the size and Steve is the original owner, purchasing it just after it came out at some point. It still has the pocket dirt on it — has never been "labbed" for modern cleaning beyond water. Such special cerussites of this classic style are harder and harder to find on the market, and this has been with Steve for nearly 50 years. The only problem here is to decide whether you display this 360-degree specimen from the gem side or the side showing more reticulated twinning!
