Fluorite
One of my favorite fluorite localities in England is the west pasture mine. What is exceptional about this is a bright green line running from one corner towards the center of the cube. This is a very special phenomenon called a Frankel defect which is a misalignment in the crystal lattice where an ion occupies a interstitial site and doesn’t conform to its position. Additionally this specimen offers light lime green and purple phantoms along with great luster. A must have locality for serious fluorite collectors.
