Aragonite var. Tarnowizite
Tsumeb mine is world famous for its superbly crystallized specimens of lead-bearing Aragonite, often labelled as Tarnowizite or Tarnowitzite. This small miniature specimen comprises an aggregate of quite squat, short prismatic, doubly-terminated Aragonite crystals to 13 mm in length. They are white, glassy, and display the classic pyramidal termination. One of the crystals towards the base shows some damage, but the main crystals are very clean and in great condition.
