Galena Pseudomorph After Pyromorphite$14,000.00

Wire transfers available, to set up
A choice cabinet specimen of Galena partly pseudomorphing blocky-tabular hexagonal Pyromorphite crystals, each typically 11 mm across by 3 mm thick. An outer alteration rim of Galena, to about 1 mm thick, reveals an inner core of unaltered light clove-brown Pyromorphite. Stacks of sharp, gunmetal pseudomorphed crystals form an aesthetic domed specimen on a matrix of naturally etched quartz. From the famous Kautenbach Mine in Germany. Imperfection around the edge of the specimen reveals the unaltered Pyromorphite.
