This small miniature specimen is a rich, solid aggregate of Pyromorphite forming small hexagonal prismatic crystals of an unusual khaki-green colour. Heilige Dreifaltigkeit mine is at Zschopau in Erzgebirge, Saxony, Germany and is generally accepted to be the Type Locality for Pyromorphite with the first descriptions from this area dating to the mid-1700s, long before its current name was adopted. Most specimens from this mine are a much paler yellow-green colour, often with elongated prismatic crystals.
