Double sided polished piece of an interestingly textured slice of Shattuckite. Pleasing multi-hued blue colors across the surface with a small window of the original texture of Shattuckite on one side. The piece has a "bone-like" cross section texture with an outer rind of tiny fans, up the 6 mm thick, with a internal "marrow " of royal blue spheres floating in a light blue mass of Shattuckite. Really eye-catching composition! High quality display slabs like this without any cracks or repairs are nearly impossible to obtain these days and it was our top quality lapidary material back in 2014-16 when we marketed them to jewelers. 28 grams. This is one of the finest "specimen quality" slabs as it is a full slice with complete rind around.
