A wonderful sliced pair cut from one thick Shattuckite slab. The unpolished pair are a mirrored match with the outer convex half showing a light blue lagoon containing contrasting tiny royal blue spheres and the inner concave half highlighted by numerous dark blue centers fanning out to a medium blue. This cross sectional view shows the small Shattuckite botryoids continuing to grow until contacted resulting in the dark rich blue band seen on the inner half. Both pieces are high quality slices that are solid with no cracks. All of the colors, forms and textures exhibit the hidden beauty of Shattuckite. 18 grams (Split 11 grams for the 0.5 cm thickness and 7 grams for the 0.3 thickness). These were originally intended as examples for earrings or pendants.
