Cobaltite
Two crystals in the shape of a pentagonal dodecahedron, slightly shifted and parallel, well formed and considered large for the species. This specimen was found by serendipity in a wooden treasure chest under a house built in the 1630s. It was therefore probably mined before the element cobalt it contained was identified.
