Spessartine Garnet
Fine bright orange spessartine crystals with striated faces coat the front of this specimen in a dazzling display of gem. The specimen has more of a red tone in person than the camera can pick up. This is a true Chinese classic that has been shut down years ago by the Chinese government and is now I believe a protected scenic area.
