Malachite after Azurite with Goethite
An interesting combination specimen from this prolific locality. Bright lustrous botryoidal goethite is mostly covering the top of this matrix. On one half of this matrix with goethite is covered by bladed crystals of what were once azurite measuring to almost 3.0 cm in size, these now replaced by velvety green crystallized malachite. In great condition.
