Aurichalcite with Hemimorphite and Baryte$150.00

Several 2 to 3 mm diameter, clustered sprays of bluish green Aurichalcite are scattered over micro-blades of glassy grey to colourless Hemimorphite from the Western Flats, 60 fm Level at Golconda mine, Hopton in Derbyshire, England. The matrix is largely massive, cream to pale tan Baryte. The specimen was collected by John Jones in 1980, during which time John undertook extensive work exploring Golconda and in the process made many important mineral finds.
