A beautiful architectural display of pale blushed-pink Manganoan-Calcite crystals from the Dal'negorsk mining area in far eastern Russia. The specimen has a fine crest-like arrangement of well-formed upright crystals of Manganoan-Calcite, with great lustre and a translucent pink colour. Individual crystals, measuring to 3.9 cm, display three faced pyramidal terminations, with a little development of the prism faces. Colourless gemmy stepped-growth crystals of Fluorite, measuring to 5 mm, are seen scattered over a druse of bright metallic black Sphalerite crystals. A fine and quite superb Manganoan-Calcite from Russia.
