A specimen of classic amber yellow Fluorite from the Hilton Mine, Scordale, Cumbria. This consummate amber specimen of Fluorite has many gemmy to translucent interpenetrating twins measuring to 2cm on edge are pleasingly arranged over the display face. A real classic Hilton Mine specimen probably from the Dowscar Level replacement flats. The underside of the specimen is also covered in gemmy to centre frosted Fluorite crystals.
