PYRARGYRITE
Sharply formed 'hexagonal' crystals of Pyrargyrite occupy a cavity in a Native Arsenic matrix from the St. Andreasberg mining area in Germany. Crystals of bright metallic dark grey Pyrargyrite, with some ruby-red apparent, measuring to around 8mm are seen as an intergrown row. The matrix of Native Arsenic has round form with an onion-like internal structure and is partly covered by tiny micro-crystals, with white Calcite.

Origin: St. Andreasberg, Harz, Lower Saxony, Germany
