A great lustrous group of Quartz variety Amethyst from the classic Namibian location of Gobobosseb, Brandberg. A major well formed crystal of Amethyst crystal measuring to 7.2cm is in parallel position with further Amethyst's. Crystals of Amethyst have grown on a previous phase of Quartz in a stellated growth habit. The previous development of Quartz crystals are translucent white with inclusions of Hematite. A fine Amethyst Cluster.
