Sharply formed intergrown 'hexagonal' blocky crystals of Calcite with Natrolite crystals from the Hammerunterwiesenthal area quarry in Germany. Crystals of Calcite sit atop the specimen, individual crystals measuring to 1.7 cm and displaying outwardly parallel and symmetrical colour zoning, from a colourless central band, next white, and then brown outer faces. Radial divergent prismatic crystal clusters of white-colourless Natrolite are associated with the Calcite crystals. A choice small miniature of zoned Calcite from Saxony.
