Well-developed blocky crystals of Smoky Quartz crystals form an intergrown cluster from the Giuv Valley, in Grischun, Switzerland. The crystals measure up to 5 cm and are a gemmy, rich smoky clove brown, thinly coated on certain faces by dull green microcrystalline Chlorite. The crystals display both sinistral and dextral (left and right handed) symmetry, making this a fascinating specimen for its crystallography in addition to being highly aesthetic. It is a true Swiss classic of Smoky Quartz; a choice cabinet specimen which will look beautiful displayed.\n
