A pleasing assemblage of intergrown crystals of Argentite crystals measuring to 8mm with the typical metallic grey luster from the old mining area of Freiberg, Germany. Crystals of Argentite appear somewhat rounded but are composed of many faces and gives that particular aspect to them. Crystals mostly covering a white Calcite matrix with red Goethite inclusions. A rich specimen of Argentite from the classic area
