This old-time miniature of Native Silver wires on Native Arsenic is from Vereinigt Feld, close to the town of Johanngeorgenstadt in Saxony, Germany. Two small tangled nests of tarnished Native Silver sit is an elongated vug crossing a mass of sooty mid-grey Native Arsenic. This is associated with micro bubbly druses of an unknown dull lemon tan mineral with a slightly glossy lustre. The Native Silver forms thin bent curled twisted wires to a few mm long, with an oxidised black patina and occasional exposures of reddish-silver metal. A rare specimen of Native Silver from the Vereinigt Feld mining area in Saxony which comes with an extremely old looking handwritten label.
