A super specimen of Calcite from the celebrated Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. Well developed inter grown lenticular crystals of Calcite, measuring to 3.5cm, displaying striated stepped habit faces, many are accented by reddish inclusions of Goethite toward their edges. Crystals of Calcite have formed from a thin matrix of arborescent green Mottramite. A particularly fine Calcite specimen from the Tsumeb Mine.
