This undoubted old-time Cornish Pharmacosiderite-Scorodite specimen is not specifically provenanced beyond 'Cornwall', but its richness and style suggest that it came from the St. Day area. Well-developed glossy lustrous green cubic crystals of translucent to gemmy Pharmacosiderite to around 1.5 mm on edge richly invest cavities within a miniature-sized Quartz-rich gossan. Associated with the Pharmacosiderite are colourless drusy areas of Scorodite with partly Goethite replaced crystals of Arsenopyrite. Rare and classic material.
