A gorgeous and rather unusual miniature Calcite from the P?'bram District in the Czech Republic, which displays two quite different generations of crystal development. An overall framework of translucent light grey platy Calcite crystals with a beautiful silky lustre is pervaded with light honey-tan pseudo-cubic Calcite crystals with the appearance of glistening sugar cubes! An amazing old-time specimen accompanied with a lovely old label with copper-plate handwriting.
