A very rich specimen of metallic black Chalcocite crystals covering a matrix of granular Quartz cemented with greyish-green Chlorite. The lustrous crystals range from a few mm to a composite crystal 2 cm across. An excellent specimen from Wheal Jewel at Crofthandy, St. Day, in the parish of Gwennap, Cornwall.
