NATIVE Sulphur
Beautifully crystallised Native Sulphur on snow-white Aragonite from the famous Cozzo Disi mine, at Casteltermini in central Sicily, Italy. Bright neon-canary-yellow translucent Native Sulphur crystals adorn the matrix on all sides. The specimen sits well with the largest Sulphur crystals nicely perched along the top ridge, allowing them to display perfectly. The largest crystal measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.2 cm, the others ranging between this and down to few mm across. The surface of the Aragonite is covered with micro-crystals of snow-white Aragonite, adding to this specimen's appeal.
