A gorgeous weighty cluster of lustrous black metallic Cassiterite crystals from Horn' Slavkov in the Czech Republic. The specimen is dominated by a large Cassiterite twin, one face of which measures 3.0 x 1.4 cm and beautifully displaying its re-entrant angles. In good light and when closely examined, the surfaces and edges show translucent patches of typical clove-brown. There are a few small chips on various edges and some crystals are not complete. Nevertheless, an eye-catching, chunky and most pleasing group of Cassiterite crystals.
