Bright metallic golden yellow Millerite on Quartz from the Salchendorf mining area in Germany (possibly the Pfannenberger Einigkeit Mine). Fine acicular crystals of Millerite are seen as open fan-like sprays, measuring to 2.5cm, on the white Quartz covering a Calcite matrix. The reverse of the specimen also has clusters of Millerite crystals.
