When collectors think of quartz with rutile inclusions, their first thought is often Brazil. This is justified as the Brazilian material is very high quality and still common enough in the market to find nice pieces such as this one. This colorless and transparent quartz thumbnail has been richly included by sprays of golden rutile needles. The rutile needles are aesthetically arranged across the broad front face of the quartz and it's in pristine condition. The rutile is rich and bright inside, and the piece has good color overall.
