Wire transfers available, to set up
Isolated, gem crystals of Rhodonite from Broken Hill, Australia are very rare. This one from the Currier collection is nearly gem through its length save a small inclusion at one end. The bladed prismatic crystal has a beautiful pink-red color, great luster and as a bonus, it is terminated on one end! This little beauty has a mass of 0.76 grams. Rock loved Australia and prided himself on his Aussie suite. A true gem rhodonite was, and remains, a thing of rarity. These came out in the late 1800s or early 1900s, as attested by Aussie museum accessions. You simply do not see them for sale. Rock Currier acquired this specimen in 1990 from Marion Godshaw's collection when Cal Graeber sold it for her.
