Classic material from the old Congo mining region, these blood-red, sharp cuprites are highly desired today! When backlit, this piece literally glows. It features several large, intergrown crystals on minor matrix. They are not quite pristine (there are a few small contacts or dings) but close enough to it, at a reasonable price for the size of these crystals and their other qualities. Ken Rippere collection.
