Pyromorphite from France is well known from Les Farges in Ussels but this is a very much more uncommon locality, and a very unusual style of pyromorphite by any worldwide standard as well. It is botryoidal, rounded pyro from an ancient old lead mine. This piece was acquired in the 1970s but probably was found somewhat earlier. Dr. Erika Pohl-Ströher - 57524
