Gold "horn' With Malachite & Quartz
High on everyone's list of gold specimens to get is a ropy wire of some sort, and this excellent specimen has great color, aesthetics, and luster. It looks like a shofar, or ancient religious rams horn, to me. It is just a damned good gold by ANY standard - and you know pieces with such thick wires from Alaska or Colorado go for five figures, even if small. On top of that, the associations make it even more prized as a locality specimen of some import. The Caprivizipfel is the long finger of land that stretches from Namibia east to Zambia.
