Calcite
A most unusually shaped cave calcite stalactite from Bisbee. This old-time cabinet specimen of lustrous, translucent, light tan to colorless calcite has a very elongate, knobby/botryoidal form that looks like a duck's foot. The caverns at Bisbee produced some amazing calcite forms and this is certainly one. The old miners could collect interesting pieces, when they saw it, as this was not ore. Ex. Dennis Mullane Bisbee Collection.
