3.7 x 2.3 x 1.3 cm (Specimen); 4.59 carats; 11.90 mm x 7.62 mm (Gem) - A wonderful rough and cut set of the classic Rubies from the historic localtiy at Jagdalak. The stone in this set is a "Pear" cabochon cut with a lovely pink hue and good consistency of color, but is translucent for all intents and purposes. The specimen features purplish-pink, semi-lustrous hexagonal crystals with minor Muscovite matrix. A good affordable set of this well-known material.
