Titanite
A classic, doubly terminated titanite crystal from the well-known Senning (Speibing) Gorge of Austria. This is a gemmy and lustrous, olive-green, flattened, wedge-shaped crystal has very prominent, twinned, reentry angles on one edge. One end of the "spear-point" is particularly gemmy. A large, highly representative, classically formed, doubly terminated crystal from this well-known locale, which is very minimally impacted by a partially broken termination at one end. Ex. Rolf Wein Collection.
