Zektzerite
This is a sharp, lustrous, and gemmy to translucent crystal of the very rare lithium, zirconium silicate Zektzerite. The pinkish-tan colored crystal is large, 1.7 cm across, and the well-formed faces have some modified corners. From the Type Locality at Washington Pass, Washington, where it was discovered in 1976. Excellent thumbnail, and fluorescent! The piece is complete all around except contact on the bottom. Rare and almost unobtainable in this quality on the market, this is a significant USA thumbnail specimen.
