Cavansite, Stilbite-Ca
A STRIKING and showy LARGE CABINET plate of bright blue cavansite wiggling its way across the matrix! The long, curved column of glassy, intergrown cavansite rosettes is certainly the dominating feature, but the overall plate is accentuated by the scattered, discrete cavansite rosettes and by the large field of pearlescent, stilbite blades covering one end of the plate with additional cavansite rosettes. An excellent, large cavansite specimen.
