Calcite
A lustrous transparent prismatic crystal from the large and diverse calcite suite of the Schauss collection, transparent atop and turning translucent in the bottom half. Complete all around. Alex's label assigns this to the Hilton mine, in the old English iron district. However, it looks much more like classic old material from the Egremont group of mines and so we have omitted a mine name here.
