Hydrocerussite
A rich specimen of a rarity: white to pale mint green, divergent fans of platy hydrocerussite crystals to 1.4cm decorate a larger, platy, well-formed 2.7cm hydrocerussite crystal. These flattened, trigonal crystals represent "primary" hydrocerussite, not a pseudomorph after cerussite and is much less common. An exceptional and exquisite specimen from a classic English locality that produced very few good crystals; most pieces are lumpy masses. Ex. Scalisi, John J. Williams, Lindsay and Patricia Greenbank collections with all those nice labels from very respected collectors. While most specimens are white, this has a faint daiquiri green color and sparkle to it that make it stand out.
