Benitoite
A well-placed, 1.7 cm benitoite crystal highlights this beautiful miniature from the Jaime Bird Collection. The indigo-blue, partially gemmy crystal is pristine, front and back and has textbook crystal form. Additional benitoite crystals to 1.5 cm are very attractively scattered on the 3-dimensional serpentine matrix. This fine benitoite comes with a 1970s-era Roberts Minerals label.
