Autunite
Day-glow, yelllow-green autunite plates richly cover the top and fan-like clusters of yellow-green autunite are visible on the sides of this sturdy, showy, sandwich-like specimen from the Daybreak Mine of Washington. These specimens were mined in the 1960s. This is the classic US mineral and locality for a radioactive. Ex. Charles Hansen Collection.
