Vanadinite
From the noted collection of Paul Jung dispersed recently at the Denver Show, this is a rich specimen of vanadinite crystals of the characteristic classic olive color, measuring to 1.2 cm in length. These are often mistaken for pyromorphites due to their color and crystal form. However, these are actually a much older and more classic style of vanadinite than the red material we are now used to seeing from the same mine, and this is an exquisite example of the style. These crystals are sharp and lustrous; a really fine cluster! 7 x 4.2 x 2.5 cm
