Silky, burnt orange Tsumcorite forms microcrystalline coatings and epimorphs after rhombic microcrystals on Quartz crystals with glossy pale cream-yellow acicular Mimetite crystals which reach up to 4 mm in length. This is certainly not the more 'usual' (if usual is the right word for a very rare species) Tsumcorite association and the rhombic casts present an interesting question as to what the precursor species might have been. Ex Kessler Collection.
