I started collecting minerals when I was a small child. My family business has always sold some, and so did some of our business peers. I remember being curious about rarity and value at a young age, which compelled me to basically never stop learning about minerals. The concept of value has evolved a lot over the years, though!

I collected many wonderful tourmalines over the last five years. I collect minerals almost purely from an aesthetic standpoint. With time I’m focused on expanding my collection of other mineral species that I find to be particularly beautiful or remarkable.

I hope to refine my collection to a few select pieces over the next years. While collecting such minerals is increasingly financially challenging, I rather enjoy the hunt for the rarest objects I’m able to obtain. This will always be the case for me, so I am also here to have fun and enjoy this beautiful hobby we share.
