Calcite, Quartz on Danburite

The skarns out in Charcas produce some of the best Danburites out there, many of which also get coated in Quartz and/or Calcite. Here is a wonderful cluster of Danburite crystals with coatings of Druzy Quartz and Calcite from the Aurora mine in Charcas, Mexico. This piece looks like a thorny bush you might find out in the desert, but it also is quite glittery thanks to the Quartz coating.
