Large translucent dark red crystal, perfectly twinned and intact, on a marble matrix, with a translucent orange chondrodite crystal at the base measuring 4.7 cm. Parts of the spinel and the chondrodite have a natural "melted" look which is characteristic of this mine. The spinel crystal is remarkable by its size, perfection and deep color.
