Rosettes of golden lamellar hexagonal crystals n a mound shaped matrix. The golden color of these crystals is likely due to a subsequent deposit of a thin layer of chalcopyrite. The base of the specimen is studded with small pyrite crystals. The quality and size of the covellites in this sample are unusual for this mine.
