Flat crystals showing rich triangular parallel shapes, developed on both sides of a mass of small quartz crystals. Smaller non flat and very sharp gold crystals have also developed among the quartz crystals. The gold of this historical region (Dacia) worked since Roman times contains a high proportion of silver (typically in the 20-25% range) which gives it this light color.
